As summer wedding season starts to approach, we can’t help but think back on some of the incredible celebrations that filled our venue with so much love, energy, and joy - and Lexi & Nick’s August wedding at Arbor Midtown was truly one to remember.

Set on a warm summer evening in Rochester, NY, their day was the perfect blend of timeless romance and modern celebration. From the soft floral details to the packed dance floor, every part of their wedding felt intentional, elegant, and completely centered around the people they love most.

Their ceremony space was transformed with stunning floral designs by Erin McDonald, bringing in soft seasonal textures and romantic summer tones that perfectly complemented the natural beauty of the venue. Every corner of the day felt effortlessly elevated while still feeling warm and inviting - exactly what you hope for in a summer wedding. Beautiful custom signage by Melissa of Sincerely Melissa Co added the perfect personalized touch throughout the venue, tying every detail together seamlessly.

Guests were treated to an incredible dining experience catered by The Swan Family of Restaurants, with a menu that perfectly complemented the elevated summer atmosphere of the evening. And of course, no celebration is complete without dessert - Lexi & Nick treated guests to the best of both worlds with donuts from Paula’s Donuts alongside a beautiful wedding cake by Sweet Beginnings.

One of the most special details from the evening was having Paige Dentice capturing the celebration live throughout the night. Guests loved watching the painting come to life in real time, and it created such a unique and interactive experience during the reception.

The entire day was beautifully documented by Sheridan Paige, whose photography perfectly captured the emotion and movement of the celebration. From quiet moments together before the ceremony to golden hour portraits outside the venue, every image reflected the warmth and excitement of the day. First Look Films was there to capture every meaningful moment on video - including stunning drone footage that showcased the energy and atmosphere of the entire evening from above.

As the sun went down, the celebration only got better. H&H Entertainment kept the dance floor packed all night long, creating the kind of reception guests never want to leave. With additional rentals from Alpha-Lit adding another fun visual element to the space, the reception felt vibrant, energetic, and full of personality.

Lexi & Nick’s wedding was the kind of summer celebration that reminds us exactly why we love this season so much - warm evenings, beautiful light, unforgettable parties, and getting to celebrate love surrounded by your favorite people.
