From Planning Weddings to Planning Her Own🤍

When one of our very own Arbor planners gets married at Arbor at the Port, you know it’s going to be a good one. 🤍

On July 24, 2026, our very own Carly married her person, Mikey, surrounded by their favorite people on a beautiful summer day at Arbor at the Port.

And, of course, Carly knew exactly what she wanted for her wedding day. From getting ready in our gorgeous bridal suite to an outdoor ceremony overlooking the Port, every detail felt thoughtful, personal, and completely Carly + Mikey.

Getting Ready at the Port

The day started right here at Arbor at the Port, where Carly and her bridal party got ready in our bridal suite. With plenty of natural light and room to relax, it was the perfect spot to kick off the day before heading outside for the ceremony.

Carly’s glam team brought the bridal look together with Julia Glam on makeup, Dom Does My Hair and Rachael DeSantis on hair.

The morning was filled with all the little moments that make a wedding day feel like a wedding day, getting ready with her girls, final touches, details, and the excitement of knowing that the ceremony was just around the corner.

An Outdoor Ceremony

Carly and Mikey said “I do” during an outdoor ceremony at Arbor at the Port, surrounded by their closest friends and family.

I Do Wedding Flowers brought the floral vision to life, adding beautiful blooms throughout the ceremony and reception. The outdoor setting made for the perfect backdrop as Carly and Mikey exchanged their vows and officially became husband and wife.

And because Carly is an Arbor planner herself, getting to watch her experience the venue from the other side was extra special for our team.

The Details

Of course, no planner’s wedding would be complete without some seriously good details.

Ivory Garden brought the signage to life, adding beautiful personalized touches throughout the day.

And in a very fitting Arbor collaboration, the signage was created by Carly + Kristen, two of our very own Arbor girls who recently teamed up to launch their own lifestyle and signage company. Having your coworkers, who also happen to be your friends, help bring your wedding vision to life? We love to see it.

The Reception

After the ceremony, everyone headed inside to celebrate.

The reception came together with a soft, romantic feel, including a blush pink drapery wall from It’s My Party that added the perfect touch to the space.

Food by DeLeo handled the catering, dessert, and late-night bites, keeping everyone well-fed from cocktail hour through the dance floor.

And when it was time to get the party started, Encore Events kept the dance floor going all night long.

Captured Every Step of the Way

From getting ready to the dance floor, TPI Photography captured all of the beautiful moments throughout the day, while Jake Provo documented the day on video so Carly and Mikey can relive it for years to come.

A Very Special Arbor Wedding

There’s something extra special about seeing someone who spends so much time helping other couples create their wedding days finally have a day of her own.

Carly has helped bring countless weddings to life at Arbor Venues, and on July 24th, it was her turn.

We couldn’t be happier for Carly + Mikey and are so honored that they chose to celebrate their wedding day at Arbor at the Port.🤍
